We request information from the user on our application form.
Here a user must provide contact information (like name,
mailing address, and email address). This information is
used to contact the applicant about the services on our website
for which they have expressed interest. This information
is also used for billing purposes and to fill customer's
orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact
information is used to get in touch with the user.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site,
track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information
for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally
identifiable information.

Our Returns Policy
You may return documents issued by IDL Services Inc within
7 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping cost is not
refundable. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return
is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable
to exchange items (However, If you received a damaged, defective,
or incorrect item, please contact us immediately by email).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing information or scratched or with removed security hologram.
- Returning items purchased from other companies.
